Scottish Enterprise have been pleased with the success of the Pathways to Scale – Female Leadership Programme and Skillfluence have been a pivotal part of that success. Both Zoi Kantounatou and Oga Chan are very experienced and professional to work with at both strategic and delivery level. Skillfluence, who we procured to deliver the Facilitator role, have been able to bring significant experience across a number of key areas including facilitation, ideas generation, coaching and their track record of working with the public sector has helped ensure successful delivery on generating outcomes and impacts that has often exceeded expectations.

I was particularly impressed that we reached our intended candidates in the ICURe underrepresented university base. The combination of using the ICURe channels, University Alliance and Skillfluence network was very beneficial.
