Impactful Horizons is designed specifically for PhD students looking increase clarity and confidence in their skills, where they can deliver impact, their career goals and actions they can take to start working towards their goals.

How does it work?

Impactful Horizons is an interactive cohort-based programme that takes participants through a structured 2-day residential to help provide clarity, define and create a clear action plan for your career and research development goals.  

The programme will work with you through group discovery activities with your peers, apply defined frameworks and tools to discover new or future opportunities where you can take your research and knowledge, and a structured space for understanding networking in the research environment to better progress in your career.
