Our Enterprise Programmes

We work closely with local and national enterprise agencies to design and deliver accelerator programmes that stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and unlock entrepreneurial potential in local communities. Working primarily through commissioned and tendered programmes, we deliver everything from large-scale, multi-cohort initiatives to highly targeted interventions focused on specific sectors, regions, or underrepresented groups.

We custom build programmes for specific founder groups and communities, including female founders, young entrepreneurs, rural and place-based businesses, and other underrepresented groups. We deliver sector-focused initiatives aligned to regional priorities, with experience across health and life sciences, technology and deep tech, Net Zero, the bioeconomy, social enterprises and other innovation-led sectors. We also tailor programmes to business stage from pre-start and early-stage startups to scale-ups, supporting ventures as they progress through different stages of technological development and commercial readiness.

Our expertise lies in designing bespoke programmes and in recruiting participants effectively to ensure strong engagement and outcomes aligned to the commissioning organisation’s strategic priorities. This approach has enabled us to deliver consistently successful results for enterprise agencies across a wide range of priorities.

AccelerateHER

The Skillfluence team has worked closely with AccelerateHER and their sister company Investing Women Angels since 2018. We deliver on a range of their programme including running their Botcamp and Bootcamp 2.0, showcase pitching masterclasses, 7 modules for the Barclays Eagle Labs Female Founders Accelerators and investment pitching for their W2W programme. AccelerateHER partners with Skillfluence on some of our large scale accelerator programmes providing financial, investment and mentoring expertise.

Ambition

A Business Accelerator programme for Local Enterprise Office Donegal specifically designed for female founders. The programme focuses on female entrepreneurs and promotes the skills and resilience needed to develop globally scalable ventures, attract investment and create jobs. This 4-month accelerator assists founders to bring ideas from concept to pitch. The blended programme provides 12 business focused workshops, one to one mentoring and a final pitch showcase

CodeBase

Skillfluence delivers pitching masterclasses and one to one pitch coaching for participants on the Codebase Bridge programmes powered by Barclays Eagle Labs and funded by UK Government. We give specialist pitching guidance for specific programmes including AI Bridge, Care and HealthTech Bridge, Cyber Bridge and LawTech Scaler. We also work with Codebase to deliver pitching programmes for Edinburgh Greentech Futures, Techscaler Catalyst and their XR Accelerator programme for people working in extended reality (XR) and virtual production (VP) technologies at UK Universities.

IMPACT30 (Highlands and Islands Enterprise)

The MSIP Accelerator is a key component of MSIP's dynamic and creative ecosystem for innovators, manufacturers and skills leaders. Skillfluence delivers the MSIP fully-funded 12-week business accelerator designed to help ambitious spinouts and scale-ups accelerate growth, improve investor-readiness and increase entrepreneurial confidence. The accelerator nurtures scale ups in sustainability and decarbonisation with the aim of supporting early-stage companies to develop solutions and underpin Scotland's net zero carbon emissions ambitions while generating activity on the innovation park and a pipeline of potential tenants. is to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Highlands and Islands to ensure it’s an increasingly attractive place to start and grow a successful enterprise. This large scale cohort-based programme involves practical skills development workshops, one to one bespoke business coaching, and round-table events with specialist experts.

Innovation BioCamp (InterReg EU)

Prestigious European funded residential Innovation Biocamp with associated 1-2-1 coaching designed to support and grow ambitious start-up entrepreneurs from North West Europe. Providing intensive, specialist training for the changemakers and leaders of high growth bio-based businesses providing them with tools for business development and market engagement and delivered by Skillfluence in partnership with Biovale and Biorenewables Development Centre.

Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc Accelerator (MSIP)

Pathfinder (Highlands and Islands Enterprise)

Pathfinder Accelerator for Life Science and Technology Startups is part of the Northern Innovation Hub in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. The focus is on driving business growth and commercialisation. The Skillfluence designed accelerator programme uses a cohort-based approach to help business teams make the right decisions at the critical stages with the aim of supporting the creation of new businesses, fostering growth, and existing businesses by driving entrepreneurs in and supporting ambitious companies to identify their route to market. ous start-up entrepreneurs from North West Europe. Providing intensive, specialist training for the changemakers and leaders of high growth bio-based businesses providing them with tools for business development and market engagement and delivered by Skillfluence in partnership with Biovale and Biorenewables Development Centre.

Pathways to Scale (Scottish Enterprise)

Skillfluence supports Scottish Enterprise by facilitating the Pathways to Scale programme for ambitious female founders. The programme offers strategic advice, skills development, peer support, and networking opportunities to help entrepreneurs prepare for investment and access grant funding.

Pathways to Start (Highlands and Islands Enterprise)

Argyll and Bute based programme for Highlands and Islands Enterprise designed to support underrepresented groups in entrepreneurship. The programme inspires participants to increase their ambition, confidence, and capability to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and enter pathways for starting a business through a programme of entrepreneurial training and mentoring tailored towards underrepresented groups and individuals' specific learning needs.

SCÁLA (LEO Donegal)

Designed for S6 pupils, START combines the principles of design thinking and entrepreneurship with inspirational mentoring to replicate the experience of participating in a startup business incubator. With a focus on real-world problem-solving, curiosity, resilience, empathy, and teamwork, START ignites ambition and prepares school leavers for the modern workplace, regardless of their career ambitions.

Scottish Edge Peer Power (Ecosystem Fund)

Supporting the social entrepreneurial infrastructure in Scotland by creating peer group support communities for Scottish EDGE alumni with a particular emphasis on increasing the visibility and representation of underrepresented groups in entrepreneurship.

START (Schools Programme)

START Hackathon (Ecosystem Fund)

START Hackathon is a one-day event designed to inspire and empower the next generation of entrepreneurial thinkers. Participants experience 'real-world' entrepreneurship, develop problem-solving, creativity, and resilience skills, build communication skills and confidence, and connect with peers beyond their own school. Real local entrepreneurs bring subject matter to life.
