Delivered by Skillfluence in partnership with Innovate UK, ICURe Engage Outreach is a six-week programme helping research students, postdocs and technicians explore the commercial potential of their research. Participants gain practical tools, networks and insight to turn ideas into real-world impact, while preparing for progression into the wider ICURe pathways.
Programme management and delivery was smooth and organised, tasks were delivered on time and the courses I observed were run extremely well by engaged and knowledgeable trainers.

There was a big push on reflection, and I found myself looking back at the trials and tribulations of the past year and really appreciating how far I've come, the mistakes I've made, and the things I've learnt.

It was a valuable opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of the business and focus on developing as a leader. Connecting with other women facing similar challenges was particularly impactful, and I’ve come away with new skills, new connections, and greater confidence in my ability to take FOMO to the next level.
